According to Molly Quinn on her Facebook page, Liliana Mumy might voice Roxy. This is not a confirmation for Roxy's voice actor as Quinn only "believes" that it might be Mumy.
Liliana Mumy is an American actress who has played in movies such as
Cheaper by the Dozen as well as voiced characters in
Cartoon Network's
Chowder and Madge in
Howl's Moving Castle.
Someone should ask Liliana. :P And if Liliana isn't doing Roxy (i found this out yesterday and told my sister because Liliana does Rosebud in the buddies movies) she freaked out and told me she couldn't wait for season 4. If Molly's wrong and its someone like Miranda, Im not going to watch season 4
