Yesterday would've been Bloom's 20th birthday, if you watch the Rai version. Ah, our little girl is growing up! :D

  4. Happy Birthday! The weird thing though is, despite the fact that she is 20, she doesn't look any different from 16. Aside from the fact that her hair grows and shrinks at fantastic rates. Wonder if the Winx have discovered the secret to eternal youth.

No, that's a very common thing in cartoons. Have you ever heard of the show, Rugrats? That show had 9 seasons and ran from 1991 to 2004. Do any of the babies even show a hint of aging from the start of the show to the end? Or their parents?

  10. Considering what was seen in the second movie: Bloom learning to walk while her parents were dressed like hippies(at least by my definition of it), the hippie movement was around the 1960s and 1970s making Bloom anywhere between thirty and forty, maybe fifty years old.

Then again, it could be around the Cold War, which ended in 1991.

I can also be completely wrong about what the hippie movement is because I was not born yet too. I am really confused now.

  12. I don't think the birthday really means anything. I judge her age by the season. So to me, she'll be 20 next season. But if you go year to year, she is actually 22 or 23. And that would be the reason why I never keep up with Winx birthdays. :)

  13. @ Kae Lily: Yeah, that's true for most cartoons. No aging. Too bad in real life we all have to.

  15. actually I find 4kids version more messed up cuz its really different than Rai n half the story in it is not correct. But then again, it depends upon the version u watch.
