Banjogate: Videos Removed?

We all know BanjoGate, the Winx Club universe's Youtube king. He has over a million hits on his Youtube page from Winx fans all over the world who've watched his season 4 and PopPixie episodes. But Red Fountain Senior tells me that most of his Winx and PopPixie episodes were taken down because of copyright!

Don't worry, you can still watch his subbed episodes! Either way, we'll miss your dedication, Banjogate.

  12. I should have ripped them when I had the chance. I feel like I failed you all in my attempt to post all the episodes of season 4 on this blog's episode list. :(

  13. Yes, it is sad, but not all is lost. He uploaded all of the episodes to megaupload.com where they are safe. All you need to do is go to the website stated in the Youtube video's description to find a list of the URLs. I personally now have the whole season on my flash drive.

  14. If they got rid of it because of copyright then shouldn't almost everything on YouTube be taken down?

  15. nnooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!! If this has happened because I live in Canada I'll never get to watch it(I don't have a TV and the sites with the winx on them you usually have to be in the US for. :'(

  16. BanjoGate is very well known for stealing other people's Winx Club videos, claiming them as his own when they weren't, and continually violating copyright laws with posting full episodes. BanjoGate should have known better.

  21. Oh no! I loved watching the winx club on Banjogate's videos! I hope winx club starts airing in Canada again...

  22. I was thinking of re-watching Season 3 again -.- Among all that i've seen, Banjogate's videos are clear and they are in RAI english. Even if i got the link where i can download Season 3 of Winx Club, its still useless to me. Because all the files are in megaupload and i can't download it in that particular website :(

  24. maybe his big head will deflate a bit from this.

besides, other people did all the work such as recording and all. he just uploaded them so that he felt important and his youtube account's view count would go up.

  26. @Anonymous (who posted on Oct. 8 at 5:13PM): Winx will begin airing in Canada on Nickelodeon in spring 2011. ;)

@Anonymous (who posted on Oct 9 at 1:22PM): He DID have the permission of the people who recorded the episodes to upload them on his Youtube. *rolls eyes*

@Dove: You're very welcome. So long as you get Nickelodeon's channel, you'll be able to watch Winx. =)

On winxclubcenter's channel she explains why some users had to take down there videos. Here's what she said/wrote
"I had just got a warning from Rainbow, I'm not sure if it is real or not. "This video is in copyright of the newly formed company, Rainbow USA inc. Remove please before legal action is taken and your account is banned." So, I had to take down my videos in order not to get my account suspend.
I'm sorry for all the Winx fans who enjoyed my videos, but unfortunately, I can't upload anymore.
    I'm so sorry.
I'll try to upload the other videos (Anime, etc) as soon as possible. Thanks."
that's all the news i got right now.

  28. @Sweet and Sour Forever: Makes sense. It says that Rainbow USA Inc. is a newly formed company, and is probably the name for the new Rainbow-Nickelodeon company. Since Nickelodeon has rights to Winx Club now (especially concerning season 4), they'll start making claims because they now have the copyright to those episodes, whereas 4Kids couldn't do jack squat to get season 4 episodes removed because they never had the rights to those episodess.

However, this isn't really all that horribly awful. Winx Club is coming to Nickelodeon's TV channel next spring for countries like Canada, USA, UK, etc. When that happens, fans can record the episodes to their heart's content, or wait for DVDs to come out (I'm assuming Nickelodeon will release the episodes on DVD...)

FUN FACT EVERYONE: Nick also acquired rights for both Secret of the Lost Kindgom AND Magical Adventure, so hopefully we'll be getting at least straight-to-DVD releases of the films. I'm not picky about them going to theatres, so long as I can buy them on DVD. =D Oh, and they got merchandising rights, too, and you know what that could mean?! WINX CLUB DOLLS BACK IN NORTH AMERICAN STORES! I am personally hoping they'll just import the Simba dolls over here so I can complete my Believix collection XD

  30. why did he removed his videos!?I am mad.no offense, but on youtube, try to count how many people risk their accounts just to upload anime-like Sailor Moon and etc.but he won't do that.

  33. He's uploading them to his Veoh, you guys! I'm too lazy to get the link considering it's 10 in the morning, I only got about 4 and a half hours of sleep, and I'm tired, but the link is on his YouTube profile!!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Never mind. He's not uploading there anymore. :(

    ReplyDelete
  35. Yeah, me and RFS were trying to find a way to save them and put them on the episodes page. Not really working.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I caught his season 4 on veoh

  37. I don't like banjogate. He doesn't own winx club, yet he has the nerve to copyright other winx club videos....just so people could watch his own...so annoying...

    ReplyDelete
  38. Oh No, Please tell me if there is anyone eise who uploads season 4 on youtube. I want to watch it again. I hate this
