The Magic is Back? (Plus new pictures!)

First things first - new pictures!

(Hat tip to our friends over at Winx-Fashion and Believe in Winx)

Something I noticed about these pictures was that "The Magic is Back" is not located anywhere on either picture, instead being simply labeled Winx Club 2: The Movie. This leads me to believe that "The Magic is Back" was simply the tagline of the movie, not the actual name of movie. Also note that on the official poster, it's "The Magic is Back..." Normally titles to not contain "..."

The translation of the second poster: "Are you ready to live a magical new adventure?"

  1. i always figured "the magic is back" was always a tagline...never really seemed like an actual title to me

awesome new pictures!!! the one dafne and bloom is especially cool! the second one's cool too, but everyone but Musa and Flora look a bit...um, evil, i suppose? it's probably just the eyebrows though. However, i tihnk Tecna looks best out of all of them...love her hair and outfit =]

  3. I'm with hol_hez. I never thought it was the title -- definitely a tagline.

Interesting new outfits our Winx are wearing. And I love Layla's hair style! =)

And no Roxy. =( Oh, well. She'll probably be in the third movie.

I like Tecna's Hair, and I like the new animation style much better than the last one. I think that it is a shame that we don't get to see the season four clothers in 3-D, though I like the adventure look :D It gives a good insight. I'm exited now :DDD Musa looks completely better, but Layla's hair, once again doesn't seem to fit. It looks like they're not doing Flora's Blonde highlights either :(

    I don't like Bloom's hair... too cowgirly.

And where's Roxy! I wanna see 3D Roxy!

  14. I'm personally not one for the art of the 3D Winx Club movies because I don't like how they made the face models for some of them. I think that it has to do with the fact that the art style is not proportional to a real human (it is in general looking at height and heads but it's the particular details like the contour of the cheeks and chin that drive me off).

  17. It was always a tagline...I mean ' the magic is back' sounds a lot like a tagline. the only thing I'm puzzled with is how its only Winx Club the Movie 2. It doesn't exactly make sense to be a title. For one, the secret of the lost kingdom isn't Winx Club The Movie...and after a long title like that, I would think they'd have a better title. Maybe Igino Straffi is still thinking about the title
